 Temporary Closing of Roads – Roads Act 1993 (Section 75)

Road Regulations 1994 (Section 12)

Longford County Council hereby gives notice that it has made an order to temporarily close the road described hereunder

Date:                               Tuesday 2 April -Thursday 4 April 2024

Hours of Closure              08:00am-18:00pm

 (On completion of works, roads may open when safe to allow access, which could be in advance of advertised time)

Road to be Closed:        L-1172-0 – Ballymahon Road, Edgeworthstown from the N4 roundabout to Daybreak Garage. (Section of Road adjacent to the Maria Edgeworth Centre)

Traffic Management will be in place including the diversion route.

This road closure is required to facilitate restoration improvement works.

In the interest of road safety, you are requested to heed all signs.
