Focused on environmental and sustainable regeneration, this urban design toolkit document is driven to achieve a place for improved social inclusion, wellbeing and community redevelopment.

It appreciates the existing setting and assets of the town with a comprehensive baseline assessment carried out to understand the town, the people and Camlin Quarter's needs.

The frame work details an integrated and coordinated approach for the potential regeneration and development of the Camlin Quarter.
