Minister Michael Ring visited Mosstown Harbour, Kenagh on Friday, 22nd February, 2018 to launch the completion of the Royal Canal Greenway in Longford. Work is nearly completed on extending the Royal Canal Greenway from Abbeyshrule to Clondra.
