Ericsson Scratch

Scratch is a fun, interactive programming language designed to help young learners explore the world of coding. With Scratch, students can create their own games, animations, and stories, developing critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills along the way. It's an exciting first step into the world of STEM and technology!
As part of the Ericsson Scratch Programme, local primary schools are empowering students to become the innovators of tomorrow. Through this initiative, children learn the fundamentals of coding while working on hands-on projects that spark imagination and foster teamwork. With support from Ericsson and the commitment of their teachers, these young coders are unlocking their potential and discovering the possibilities of technology.
In 2023, 178 primary-level students from six schools participated in Scratch coding.
In 2024, 220 primary-level students from eight schools participated in Scratch coding.
