Our Customer Services Charter details what our citizens and customers can expect from our service delivery. It sets out the standards of service you can expect from us and outlines the ways we continuously monitor and improve our service for you and all our customers.
Our Customer Services Desk deals with general queries from members of the public, including issuing application forms and providing information on Council services. The Customer Service Desk is located at reception on the ground floor of Áras on Chontae, Great Water Street.
