Performance Management & Development System (PMDS): 

  • Our Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) supports employees through clear goal setting, regular feedback and development planning, helping individuals grow their skills, perform at their best and progress their careers within the organisation.

Work-Life Balance & Flexibility:

  • We support work-life balance through a blended working model that combines office-based and remote working where appropriate. Current arrangements typically involve a minimum of three days in the office and up to two days working remotely per week, subject to role suitability and operational needs. This approach promotes collaboration, effective service delivery, and team connection while offering flexibility where possible.
