Customer Services Charter

Longford County Council has officially launched the Council’s Customer Services Charter.  We have drawn up this Customer Services Charter so that you, the Customer, are clear on the quality of service you can expect from us in Longford County Council.

Central to our Customer Services Charter is our aim to stay connected with all our customers.

This Charter gives our customers a clear and comprehensive statement of service they can expect from the Council and a means to engage more effectively with service areas. 

As a public service provider, we value quality customer service in every area of our work and for everyone who uses our services.

Longford County Council will work continuously to monitor and improve our service for all our customers.
