Large Goods Waste Collection this Saturday

A large goods waste collection will take place on Saturday, 30 September at two locations:

• Glennon Brothers Pearse Park, Longford (lower carpark) from 10am-12pm
• Granard Farmers Mart from 1.30-3.30pm

You can bring along:

• Mattresses
• Furniture, including sofas and beds
• Carpets
• Children's Toys
• Household scrap metal

Charges apply: €25 per car, €40 per car and small trailer, €50 per car and large trailer or van. Cash payments only and no tractors and trailers are permitted. 

Electrical items, PVC, plastic oil tanks, lead, tiles, ceramics, hazardous waste, construction and demolition waste, and broken glass are also not permitted to be disposed of at this collection.
