It is supported by Enterprise Ireland and local authorities, including Longford County Council.

Speaking ahead of Local Enterprise Week, Longford County Council Head of Enterprise Michael Nevin encouraged local businesspeople to get involved. "Local Enterprise Week is a great opportunity to learn from business experts, with many free events taking place locally. I encourage budding entrepreneurs and those with more established businesses to come along and take advantage of these events happening on their doorstep."
