Longford firm Tolvita to showcase innovation at National Ploughing Championships

A Longford company will showcase its products and services to almost 300,000 visitors at this month's National Ploughing Championships after being selected to exhibit at the Local Enterprise Village. Tolvita Limited, supported by Local Enterprise Office Longford, will represent the county at the event in Screggan, County Offaly, from 15 to 17 September.
The company specialises in roofing and cladding solutions, supplying and installing high-quality steel roofing, façade and waterproofing systems for residential and commercial projects across Ireland. The Local Enterprise Village, an initiative of the Local Enterprise Offices, will feature more than 30 businesses from across the country and is expected to attract significant footfall over the three-day event.
Tolvita's participation highlights the strength of enterprise in County Longford and the growing opportunities available to local businesses that are innovating, expanding and reaching new markets. This year, visitors to the Local Enterprise Village will also have access to a dedicated Business Advice Hub, where entrepreneurs and business owners can meet Local Enterprise Office Advisers for guidance on start-ups, funding, sustainability and digital transformation.
Google AI specialists will once again be on site to demonstrate practical AI tools for business, while Enterprise Europe Network advisers will provide support for companies considering export growth and new opportunities across European markets. With close to 300,000 visitors expected to attend the Championships, the Local Enterprise Village offers exhibitors a unique platform to increase their visibility, connect with potential customers and showcase their products to a national audience.

The Google AI team will also be on site in the Enterprise Village to guide businesses on how to integrate AI into their day-to-day workflow and the Enterprise Europe Network to help open new doors across the EU.”

The Local Enterprise Village is one of several initiatives delivered by the Local Enterprise Offices to support entrepreneurship and business growth.
