As part of the Governments focus on keeping people living happily in their own homes for as long as possible, the Healthy Age Friendly Homes Programme | Phase 1 would like to understand people’s interest in future-proofing their homes for their changing needs in later life. This could mean moving from a larger house to a smaller home with particular Age Friendly features, adapting your home, or sharing a home.

Age Friendly Ireland is asking people over the age of 45 to fill in a survey on their housing needs to help them gather research on the matter. The feedback received may be used as a referral source for the Healthy Age Friendly Homes Programme | Phase 1.

If you are of the correct age cohort, you can fill in the survey online by clicking on this link:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/9YNWGSB

The survey is available to complete, both online or in hard copy, from 10 to 21 May 2021. If you choose to print and fill in a hard copy instead of accessing it online, you may return it by dropping it into your local library branch.

A printable version of the document is available to open here
Alternatively, phone the Age Friendly Ireland office on 046 9097413 and they will phone you back to take your response over the phone.

Please note this survey is only to be completed by people aged 45 and over.
