Product Safety Information Notice - Tuscon Circulating Pumps

A Product Safety Information Notice has been issued for Tucson 5m, 6m, and 8m circulating heat pumps manufactured from 2017 to 2024.

The Housing Section of Longford County Council is working with its contractors to assess the extent of the problem in its housing stock.

The risk identified relates to the mains cable which can be connected to the pump in reverse, allowing the live pin to connect to the earth pin and present a serious risk of electrocution.
