The development will consist of:
• Installation of orientation and interpretative signage
• Provision of safety railings along the canal edge
• Biodiversity landscaping and pollinator planting, including native trees, hedging and wildflowers
• Installation of age-friendly seating and wheelchair-accessible picnic tables
• Pavement safety improvement works to existing paved areas
• Provision of sheltered bicycle parking with associated concrete base
• Provision of a covered performance space, including metal frame, timber siding and polycarbonate roof, integrated signage, foundations, lighting and power supply
• Provision of outdoor power bollards and metered power supply
• Installation of outdoor recreational and exercise facilities, including wheelchair-accessible equipment
• All associated site development works, services, drainage, signage and ancillary works
• Footpath connections at junction of L-1171 to N5

Submissions with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area, may be made by the following methods:
