The development will consist of:
The demolition of a derelict bungalow, extension, garage, and shed.
Proposed construction of a new housing development, comprising 15no. Houses, to include:-
• 3no. 1Bed 2P single storey houses, 3no. 2Bed 4P single storey houses, 1no. 3Bed 5P single storey house, 8no. 2Bed 4P two storey houses
• Proposed vehicle carriageway and pedestrian accessway from Park Road, with carparking provision
• Provision of public amenity spaces, including landscaping, public lighting, bin storage and bicycle parking
• Connection to public sewer and watermain
• Erection of boundary treatments and all associated site works at St.Rita's, Park Road, Longford.
