The development will consist of:
The demolition of a derelict dwelling and outbuildings.
Proposed construction of a new housing development, comprising 7no. houses to include:
• Block 1: 4 No two storey 2 bed 4P Terrace houses
• Block 2: 2 No two storey 2 bed 4P Semi-detached houses
• Block 3: 1 No single storey 2 bed 3P Detached house
• Proposed entrance, service road and carparking provision
• Provision of public amenity spaces, including landscaping, public lighting, bin storage and bicycle parking
• Raised pedestrian crossing on public road
• Connection to public sewer and watermain
• Erection of boundary treatments and all associated site works at Aghaboy, Killoe, Co. Longford.
