Project Description
The demolition of existing three-storey former butcher's shop and the adjoining three-storey residential property on Market Street, Granard.
The construction of a three-storey, three-unit residential development comprising of: One own door, two-bedroom apartment on ground floor. Two own door, duplex two-bedroom apartments at first and second floor levels, each with independent access from Market Street. Connection to existing services and all ancillary siteworks.
Submission

- In writing to Longford County Council, headed “Botharin Na Carraige, Ballinalee, Co. Longford." and addressed to Planning Section, Longford County Council, Áras an Chontae, Great Water Street, Longford to arrive not later than Friday, 25th September 2026 at 4pm.
- By email to submissions@longfordcoco.ie headed “Market Street, Granard, Co. Longford." to arrive not later than Friday, 25th September 2026 at 4pm.
