Customer Complaints
Longford County Council continuously works to ensure we meet the highest standards of customer service. At times, despite our best efforts, we do not always get it right. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please let us know by filling out our Customer Services Complaint Form.
Office of the Ombudsman
If you remain unhappy with our response to your complaint then you can refer it to the Office of the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman is fair, independent, and free to use. The Ombudsman will ask you for details of your complaint and a copy of our final response to your complaint.
