Expressions of Interest

Turnkey Housing Developments, Housing Schemes and/or Land for the Provision of Social and/or Affordable Housing

Longford County Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) from developers, contractors, property owners and landowners for the provision of turnkey housing developments or housing schemes, and/or land for social or affordable housing across County Longford.

Proposals outlined within the EOI should be fit for purpose and well located:

• Within or very close to a town or village
• Within walking distance of primary services, such as schools, shops, community facilities and local amenities.
• Within close proximity to or have access to public services

How to submit expressions of interest proposals

Expressions of interest submissions should be emailed to housingtenders@longfordcoco.ie, with the subject line 'Expression of Interest in Turnkey Developments'.

Alternatively, you can submit a hard copy EOI in a sealed envelope marked 'Expression of Interest in Turnkey Developments' to:
