Financial Contribution Compliance Letter

If you are buying or selling a property it is important to know if the financial conditions assigned to the property have been complied with. To find this out, apply for a financial contribution compliance letter.

How to make a request?

To make a request, first make a payment to Longford County Council. A compliance letter request is €50 and you can pay:

1. Over the phone with your card details, call 043-3344265 / 043-3343409 / 043-3344247
2. By bank transfer or by cheque to: Bank of Ireland, Main Street, Longford

  BIC: BOFIIE2D                                                                                                                                                                                          

  Reference: Planning reference number & requesters name

Once payment has been made, email planning@longfordcoco.ie with:

1. Applicants name
2. Address of property and Eircode
3. Planning reference number
4. Payment method (card payment by phone, bank transfer or cheque) and reference
