Special Speed Limit: N4 Longford Bypass Order 2022

To facilitate the N4 Longford Bypass Phase I Pavement Resurfacing Scheme, a special speed limit will be as follows:

Road: Longford bypass at the N4 and N5 
Description of Change:

• Change speed limit from 100km/h to 60 Km/h on the national primary road N4 at Longford bypass from Easting 614788, Northing 776314 to Easting 612631, Northing 777386
• Change speed limit from 100km/h to 60km/h to the national primary road N5 at Longford bypass from Easting 612532, Northing 777058 to Easting 612641, Northing 777194.

Dates: From 12 September 2022 for the duration of the works subject to a maximum period of 12 months. 

The above is in accordance with Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 and in the interest of public road safety.
