Project Description

The proposed works will consist of:

• Construction of an U12s football pitch, handball wall, a footpath around the football pitch and steps and ramp up to football pitch and footpath.
• Resurfacing of the hard standing area.
• Installation of equipment of older adults, playground equipment and benches.
• Marking of children’s play area.

Submissions

Submissions with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area, may be made  by the following methods:

• Logging onto the Planning Portal by the following link and uploading your submission electronically: https://planning.localgov.ie/search/application to arrive not later than 11:59pm on Monday 2nd September 2024.
• In writing to Longford County Council, headed “MacEoin Park, Longford" and addressed to Planning Section, Longford County Council, Áras an Chontae, Great Water Street, Longford to arrive not later than Monday 2nd September 2024 at 4pm.
• By email to submissions@longfordcoco.ie headed "MacEoin Park, Longford" to arrive not later than Monday 2nd September 2024 at 4pm.
