Roardworks Derryveagh, Keenagh

Longford County Council wishes to inform you of upcoming roadworks on the R-392-2694, involving essential drainage & road Widening.

These works are necessary to maintain road safety and infrastructure quality.

Please note the following Temporary Road Works - Roads Act 1993 (Section 75) & Roads Regulation 1994 (Article 12)

Date:              Monday 23/03/2026 to Friday 10/04/2026

Hours of Closure:   8:00 to 17:00

Traffic Arrangements:  TTMP will be in place for the duration of the works. The road will be reduced to one lane, controlled by Temporary Traffic Lights or Stop/Go operators may be used during the works.

In the interest of public safety, all road users are requested to heed signage and follow instructions from traffic management personnel.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these necessary works.

The road will remain open but traffic delays should be expected.

Pedestrian Management Will also be in Operation.
