Declaration of Road to be a Public Road;

Tara Park Access Lane Ballymahon, Co. Longford.

Longford County Council proposes to declare the road known as Tara Park Access Lane, Ballymahon Townland, Co. Longford to be a Public Road.

Description:

• Existing Cul de Sac Road at Ballymahon townland, Co. Longford, from its junction with the R-392 for a distance of 190 metres.

Length of Road.

• Total Length of Roads Declared as Public Roads  –            190Mts

Submissions with respect to the proposed declaration of this road as a public road, may be made by the following methods;

• In writing to Longford County Council, headed “Declaration of Public Road – Tara Park Access Lane Ballymahon” and addressed to Director of Services, Infrastructure, Longford County Council, Áras an Chontae, Great Water Street, Longford .
• By email to submissions@longfordcoco.ie and headed “Declaration of Public Road – Tara Park Access lane”.
• Submissions to arrive not later than Friday 10th October 2025 at 4pm.
