Temporary Road Closure - L-1047-0 Aughagreagh townland

Temporary Closing of Road – Roads Act 1993 (Section 75) Road Regulations 1994 (Section 12)

Longford County Council hereby gives notice that it has made an order to close the following roads described hereunder:

Roads: L-1047-0 Aughagreagh townland between its junctions with L-1035 (Lislea) and L-1051 (Gelshagh)  

Date:        Monday 26th January – Friday 30th January 2026

Time:         8am - 4pm

Reason: This closure is required to facilitate road maintenance works.

There will be no through access on this road for safety reasons.  Traffic Management will be in place for the duration of the works.  In the interest of road safety, you are requested to heed all signs.
