Temporary Closing of Roads – Roads Act 1993 (Section 75) Road Regulations 1994 (Section 12)

Longford County Council hereby gives notice that it has made an order to close the road described hereunder:

Dates:                                  Monday 20th April - Friday 24th April 2026

Hours of Closure:             8am – 4pm

Roads to be Closed:        L-5056 Garvary between its junctions with R-198 and L-1020  

The purpose of this closure is to planned work under the Roads Programme 2026.

Traffic Management will be in place for the duration of the works.

In the interest of road safety, you are requested to heed all signs.
