Temporary Closing of Road – Roads Act 1993 (Section 75) Road Regulations 1994 (Section 12)

Longford County Council hereby gives notice that it has made an order to close the following roads described hereunder:

Dates:                                 Friday 17th October – Friday 24th October 2025      

Hours of Closure:             24 hours

Roads to be closed:    L-5068-0  Aghamore Lower crossroads to Carrickmaguirk

This road closure is required to facilitate road reconstruction as part of Sightline Improvement Works.

Traffic Management will be in place for the duration of the works.  In the interest of road safety, you are requested to heed all signs.
