Temporary Road Closure - Marquee in Drumlish 2025

Please note the following Temporary Road Closure - Roads Act 1993 (Section 75) & Roads Regulation 1994 (Article 12)

In order to facilitate the Drumlish Marquee Festival 2025, Longford County Council hereby gives notice that it has made an order to close the Local Road described hereunder,

Road to be Closed:    Local Road L-1010 at Drumlish Hill, Drumlish,

                                      Co Longford from its junction with the R198, Mill Road

                                      (Garda Station) to its junction with the L-5038

Date:                            Friday 15th August to Tuesday 19th August 2025

Time:                           6pm to 6am

Alternative Routes:  Traffic to divert onto L-5038

In the interest of road safety, you are requested to heed all signs.
