Temporary Road Closures - Granard MD

Temporary Closing of Road – Roads Act 1993 (Section 75) Road Regulations 1994 (Section 12)

Longford County Council hereby gives notice that it has made an order to close the following roads described hereunder:

Roads:    

• L-10361 Glenmore  between its junctions with L-1036 and L-5081
• L-1087 Cloonshannagh between its junctions with R395 and N55
• L-5074 Carrowlinan between its junctions withyL-1034 and L-1046

Date:        Monday 30th March – Friday 3rd April 2026

Time:         8am-4pm

Reason: This road closure is to facilitate maintenance works

There will be no through access on this road for safety reasons.  Traffic Management will be in place for the duration of the works.  In the interest of road safety, you are requested to heed all signs.
