Road Closure - Moatfield to Granardkille

 Longford County Council has made an order to temporarily close the road described hereunder

Date:                                Monday 25th May 2026 – Friday 19th June 2026

Hours of Closure              07.00am – 18.00pm

Road to be Closed:           Church St between the N55 and L-5134 at Granardkille

Reason:                             To facilitate the water works on behalf of Uisce Eireann

Traffic management/Signed diversions will be in place for local traffic. 

Local access for entrapped properties and business’ is to be maintained.  Bus traffic for Ardscoil Phadraig will be accommodated through the closed road by suspending the works and marshalling them through.
