Temporary Road Closure - L-1012 Concowley

Please note the following Temporary Road Closure - Roads Act 1993 (Section 75) & Roads Regulation 1994 (Article 12)

Longford County Council hereby has made an order to close the Road described hereunder.

Date:                               Thursday 18th June - Friday 19th June 2026

Hours of Closure              07.00am – 18.00pm

Road to be Closed:      L-1012 at Concowley - https://maps.app.goo.gl/LEUYHFcciDuxg1sCA

Reason:                             To facilitate resurfacing works (Diversion Map attached)

Traffic management/Signed diversions will be in place for local traffic.   

Local access for entrapped properties and business’ is to be maintained.  Bus traffic for Ardscoil Phadraig will be accommodated through the closed road by suspending the works and marshalling them through.
