Roadworks R198 outside Mulleady's, Drumlish

Longford County Council wishes to advise roadworks are to be carried out as follows:

Date:                               Tuesday 21st July 2026

Hours of Closure              08.00am – 17.00pm

Road to be Closed:      R198 Cloonagh (outside Mulleady's Drumlish) and also North of Drumlish Village at Monaduff

Reason:  To facilitate resurfacing works as part of the Roads Programme 2026

Stop/Go or Temporary Traffic Lights may be used during the works.  The road will remain open but traffic delays should be expected

"This notification is sent in accordance with Section 37, of the Road Traffic Act, 1994"
