Declaration of Road to be a Public Road;

Road serving the Ballyminion Primary Care Centre,

at Ballyminion & Farranyoogan, Longford, Co. Longford.

Longford County Council proposes to declare the following road, located in Ballyminion and Farranyoogan Townlands, Co. Longford to be a Public Road.

Description of Road to be Declared Public:

• Existing Cul de Sac Road serving the Ballyminion Primary Care Centre at Ballyminion and Farranyoogan, Co. Longford, from its junction with the L-1176-2 & L-1176-0 for a distance of 175 Mts.

Length of Road.

• Total Length of Roads Declared as Public Roads –             175 Mts.
• Total Length of Footpaths Declared as Public -                     350 Mts.

Submissions with respect to the proposed declaration of this road as a public road, may be made by the following methods;

• In writing to Longford County Council, headed “Declaration of Public Road serving Ballyminion Primary Care Centre, Longford” and addressed to Director of Services, Infrastructure, Longford County Council, Áras an Chontae, Great Water Street, Longford .
• By email to roadssubmissions@longfordcoco.ie and headed “Declaration of Public Road serving Ballyminion Primary Care Centre, Longford”
• Submissions to arrive not later than Friday 1st June 2026 at 4pm.
