Temporary Closing of Roads – Roads Act 1993 (Section 75) Road Regulations 1994 (Section 12)

Longford County Council hereby gives notice that it has made an order to close the road described hereunder:

Dates:                                  Thursday 10th September 2026 – Friday 16th October 2026 (5 weeks)

Hours of Closure:             8am – 5pm

Roads to be Closed:        L-5268 Cartrongeeragh

The purpose of this closure is to facilitate essential Safety Improvement works.

Traffic Management will be in place for the duration of the works.  In the interest of road safety, you are requested to heed all signs.
