The St. Mel's Road Car Park Bye-Laws 2015 are for the control of traffic in accordance with Section 101 of the Roads Traffic Act 1961 as amended by Section 6 of the Road Traffic Act, 1968 and by Section 49 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994.
